We build not only for the present homeowner and architect, but also for the carpenter a hundred years from now who looks at our craft and says, “These guys did good work.” He and his crew offer close attention to detail and commitment to craft on each and every project. Our work has been featured in Oregon Home magazine and Portland Monthly magazine.
ABOUT DAVE RUSH
Dave Rush, a licensed and bonded general contractor, studied sculpture at the University of Kansas before becoming a builder—the “noblest of all the arts” says Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. He currently resides in NE Portland with his wife and two young children.
Dave takes an active role and will be on-site every day to oversee building in order to maintain the high level of quality he demands from his crew. Because he knows that jobs run most smoothly with good communication between the client, the architect, and himself, he encourages weekly meetings with the homeowners to discuss progress and concerns.
